Can I cancel my order? We have a no cancellations policy, as most orders are processed right away! If you need to make a change to your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Do you accept returns? Due to the hand-packed, personalized nature of the gift boxes, all gift box sales are final. We are happy to discuss exchanges for color or size for individual items within the box you purchased. Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Secret Stork will only accept exchanges for items that are received unused and unworn within 15 days of receipt of the order. Return and additional shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take for my order to be processed? Your order will typically be processed within 1 to 2 business days and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link. Orders ship between the 15th and the 30th of every month.
Is shipping included in the price? While we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, per-box shipping is an additional cost.
What if my order is damaged? In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us at email@example.com and we will fix the problem right away!
Will my order contain a receipt or packing slip? Not to worry, because our gift boxes are sent as a gift, we will not include any receipts or packing slips.
Do you offer wholesale? Unfortunately, not at this time, but possibly in the future.
Can I use your product images on my blog or other social media? Yes! If you do decide to use our images, you must link back to our website or tag us @secret_stork. We love and appreciate any and all blogs or social channels that choose to feature our products! We also love to collaborate with bloggers and influencers to offer customer giveaways, so feel free to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your customer service hours? Please note that our business hours are Monday – Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. If you need assistance outside of those hours, please email email@example.com., allow up to 24-hours for a response.
